PART II

a few more photographs from my time spent on Monhegan Island, ME
the first 2 days of our trip were quite dreary. the rain was relentless and the temperature didn’t creep above 63*F. however, we holed up in our little room in Pierce Cottage and played board games and sampled all of the different clam chowders that the island had to offer. eventually, the close quarters got to us, and it was surprisingly beautiful to see the bright colors of the buildings and flowers pop against the tone of the sky.
after dinner on Tuesday night, the clouds finally lifted and we were blessed with the most beautiful sunset.
to be continued…
