it doesn’t get any fresher than this

I’ve been eating plenty of seafood here in Scandinavia, and while pickled herring is growing on me, it doesn’t compare to the extremely fresh and really delicious seafood that I enjoyed in Maine this summer.  Monhegan Island is a working fishing community, which means that the lobster and clams come straight out of the sea and are prepared to perfection.

and if starting each day with lobster scrambled eggs and eating at least a cup of chowda with each meal is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
