[new to me] bánh mì

January 6, 2012

Jenna’s recent post about some delicious looking tofu sandwiches made me curious about the new food trend that is bánh mì, a Vietnamese baguette sandwich.  I knew it was fate when my mom suggested that we swing by M. Saigon in South Burlington for lunch.  their bánh mì are only $3.25, a steal considering how delicious and fresh they are.  my sister and I opted for the lemongrass tofu sandwiches and my mom got the lemongrass chicken.  I will definitely be going back for more.
