eat: skillet cornbread

for dinner yesterday, my mom made a tasty batch of vegetarian chili.  of course, we needed cornbread to go along with it.

I decided to try a new recipe that I’d seen Katie try: the Pioneer Woman’s skillet cornbread.

it was savory & fluffy, the perfect companion to the rich & hearty chili.
